I sent in a deposit to get the design of the work I needed performed started. The day after they got the deposit, I told them not to do any work on the design, because things were not settled on how it was going to be built. They said no work had been done. Long story short, I did not need any trusses and asked for a refund on my deposit. I was expecting a $25 processing fee. Instead, they kept 30% of the deposit and said it was because they had done some design work. After I asked to see the design, they then changed their story and said it was a standard fee they took on canceled deposits. The sales person that I dealt with was very professional and always returned my calls. Keith Bloom (manager) refused to return my calls nor would anybody provide me his e-mail address to contact him. This was a very disappointing experience.
